Conscious Sexuality: One-Day Workshop

Examine a new paradigm of conscious connection in this revealing, in-depth look at intimacy and sexuality. Through participation in a series of (fully-clothed) experiential processes, conducted in an atmosphere of self-reflection and unconditional support, you will have the opportunity to create and enjoy a new freedom, comfort and sense of responsibility around intimacy and sexuality. We'll examine how our beliefs, inherited assumptions, myths and misconceptions influenced our experiences in this too-often taboo and frustrating area of our lives. We'll explore the value of a connection between intimacy and sexuality, and make an important distinction between sexuality and the act of sex. Together, we'll find a way to reclaim the place of innocence and openness where sexuality and spirituality dissolve into a wondrous union, healing and peace.
